Central Model School proudly participated in AI Utkarsh 2026, a Project Exhibition and Drone Workshop hosted by Narula Institute of Technology. On the occasion of World Health Day, Central Model School under JIS Group of Schools organised a Free Dental Check Up Camp in collaboration with the Department of Public Health Dentistry, Guru Nanak Institute of Dental Science & Research. Sensitization Programme on Drug Abuse Prevention

Central Model School organised a One Day Sensitization Programme on Drug Abuse Prevention on 18 February 2026 to create awareness among students about the dangers of substance abuse. The session was conducted by The Calcutta Samaritans with the support of the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment. Through informative discussions and interactive guidance, students learned about the harmful effects of drug addiction and the importance of making healthy, safe, and responsible life choices.

Honouring the Legacy of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose

Central Model School paid a heartfelt tribute to Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose on the occasion of Netaji Jayanti through a patriotic rally and floral tribute ceremony. The programme was graced by the esteemed presence of Sardar Harinder Pal Singh, adding significance to the celebration. Students participated with great enthusiasm, remembering the courage, sacrifice, and leadership of Netaji while expressing their respect for one of India’s greatest freedom fighters.

Spreading Awareness Through Dengue Prevention Rally

Central Model School actively participated in the Dengue Prevention Awareness Rally organised by the Health Department of Kolkata Municipal Corporation on 17 January. Through enthusiastic participation, students and staff came together to spread awareness about the importance of cleanliness, mosquito control, and community responsibility in preventing dengue.
